Improvement Trust Patiala came into existence in 1973 under the Punjab Town Improvement Act 1922. It is a quasi government institution. This institution facilitates the residents of the city by providing them with residential and commercial properties at easy installments.
With this, while the Improvement Trust contributes to the development of the city of Patiala, at the same time, in view of the convenience of the weaker sections, it also creates LIG and EWS and provides them with easy installments.
Improvement Trust Patiala also builds parks, community halls, etc. in its schemes for the convenience and health of the common people.
My goal is to make the routine tasks at the Patiala Improvement Trust office more accessible to the public.To start, a single window system will be put in place to reduce procedural difficulties and computerise the property record to the best of our ability.
